Attachment Play Activities

We offer 8 sessions of Attachment Play Activities. These help to enhance a secure attachment relationship between children and caregivers, which can also prevent future emotional difficulties. This program offers “one-on-one connections” between child and caregiver.

Every child wants to get attention from his/her parent(s) consciously or unconsciously, in a healthy or unhealthy way. When parent can provide even 15 minutes of full attention to each child every day, the child feels connected in a way that promotes positive emotional growth. It is easy to say, but difficult to do.

In reality, parents are busy! And siblings battling for attention is a major headache for parents. So many parents would say, “I should have spent more quality time with my children when they were little.” Time flies by so quickly, and life offers you only a one-way ticket! We can’t go backwards. Before you realize, your child will be grown up, regardless of how much time you get to spend with them.

Do not miss this opportunity to connect and foster your child’s growth! Attachment Play Activity sessions are great for:

  • Building both mother-child connections and father-child connections.

  • Working through feelings around new siblings, or fighting between siblings

  • When parents are separated

  • When parents remarry (step-parenting)

  • Establishing connections during adoption

  • Parental reunification
